President of the company is Alexander Shmid, Professor, Doctor of 2nd Level. Up to 1994 Dr. Shmid was Chief Designer of NICEVT, responsible for development of IBM zOS and compatible hardware and software products in Russia. Alexander was also the Lead Russian Manager of Scientific Program of Cooperation between USSR Ministry and IBM in Computing Technology.
