IT Service management

The management of the company highlights the work with the customers, therefore within two years the company has constantly paid attention to IT management topics - services as a component of projects of any level.

EC-leasing is certified to ISO/IEC 9001-2001. We have several specialists, trained in CMM/CMMI, certified in ITSM Service Management, PMP. Two EC-leasing employees are British Computer Society Members.

It allows us to process the following actions on the high level quality:

 

The Company renders consulting services on ITSM topics for big customers within the projects on system integration and development of architectural solutions, and also uses this knowledge in its work.

Employees of the company have a longstanding work experience practically in all areas of information technologies not only in Russia, but also abroad. This experience helps to put into practice successfully both already received and constantly updated knowledge on ITS.

The examples of the successful work:

  • a business-partner agreement was contracted with Joint-Stock Company "Hewlett-Packard" for rendering services on carrying out consulting seminars with using author's developments of EC-leasing employees;
  • one of the company employees within several years has been an instructor of the "Hewlett-Packard A.O." educational centre, and is authorized to carrying out the whole range of HP courses in IT-service management including "ITSM Manager" and "ISO 20000: a course for advisers and internal auditors";
  • some employees of the company are participants of the British Computer Society, they have received personal engagement for entry into this community;
  • company employees have actively participated in discussing the project of the National Standard of the Russian Federation "Information Technology Management of Services";
  • it has become a tradition to participate in the annual Russian scientific-methodological conference on Applied Computer Science with the publication of proceedings on IT-services in the related press;
  • one of the company employees is the participant of the Russian Noncommercial Partnership "The IT Service-Management Forum" which is the branch of the international ITSMF forum and is the leading organization on IT-service management;
  • within the framework of the MESI base cathedra, the authorial course on IT-service management is developed. It will be carried out beginning with February, 2007 for MESI "Big computing systems" cathedra students;
  • employees of the company have the following certificates confirming a high professional standard in ITSM:
    • "ISEB Managers Certificate in IT Service Management"
    • "ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (EXIN)"
